RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

PICK PAY PACK wants every customer to be happy with their purchase. If a customer is unsatisfied with any purchase, we will accept your return within 7 days of your order’s arrival. All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached and in their original condition.

What is the return policy on PICK PAY PACKBusiness?

Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. If the product is eligible for a return, you may write to us at admin@pickpaypack.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return and refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned.

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product via email or phone, a pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-10 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please email us at admin@pickpaypack.com to request a cancellation. 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only on products that meet our return guidelines. Refunds are generally issued through the original payment method and it normally appears within 10 business days based on the processing time of your payment provider.  

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In the case of refunds, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.  

Please note that we do not offer any Cash on Delivery option for any products that we may sell.
