What is the cost of shipping?
PICK PAY PACK ensures that a product is delivered to a customer at the lowest possible shipping cost. Our Logistic Partners help us deliver products straight to your doorstep.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Once the order is placed, it may take 5 to 10 days for the product to dispatch and reach you. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
Delivery based on pin code
We strive to deliver to all pin codes in India. We do not offer Cash on Delivery and any inconvenience due to the same is regretted.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us admin@pickpaypack.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Incorrect Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
